The applications drill-down capability provides access to the in-depth data that support personnel need for effective analysis and troubleshooting.

The Enterprise Viewer unifies access to session data for the following call control applications:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME)
Cisco Video Communications Server (VCS)

The Enterprise Viewer is available as part of the new CaseSentry 4.2 release.
