InfoRelay Expands New York City Data Center Presence

New York, New York (PRWEB) September 09, 2013

On Friday, Northern Virginia-based InfoRelay Online Systems Inc., announced the expansion of its downtown Manhattan, New York data center presence. The company now has two New York data centers with multiple suites at which it offers server colocation, cloud hosting, network bandwidth, disaster recovery planning, and other managed services. The InfoRelay LGA3 facility, offers IT solutions fit for small and medium business through increased data center availability and better network access, according to an InfoRelay spokesperson. The LGA3 data center is part of the former Western Union Building at 60 Hudson Street in the Manhattan borough of New York City.

The LGA3 data center suites in 60 Hudson Street are interconnected with InfoRelays other New York data centers, LGA1 and LGA2 through dark fiber connections, providing clients with access to internet carriers and ISPs in other facilities. The 60 Hudson Street facility currently hosts more than 100 internet and telecom providers internally, making cross-connections between networks highly accessible. Clients can connect directly to the data centers from their offices, as well as access the other InfoRelay data centers in the region through dedicated 100Mbps, GigE, 10GE, and 40GE connections.

The expansion is part of InfoRelays effort to better accommodate small and medium businesses, through partial cabinet availability and more competitive bandwidth pricing. InfoRelay president Russell Weiss explains, Colocation provides many benefits to businesses. Sometimes, unfortunately its difficult for small businesses to take the leap into colocation due to cost and complexity. Weve sought to make these services more accessible by offering partial locking cabinets, including quarter cabinets and have cabinets available so that small businesses can realize the benefits of server colocation in a large data center, without having to commit to a large-scale deployment. By colocating at one of our New York Data Centers, clients can also access other top-tier data centers and networks in the region via dark fiber connectivity. The new colocation space is in an SSAE16 II certified data center, and utilizes high security measures such as 24/7/365 human monitoring, biometric scanners, and man trap entry-ways.

The LGA3 facility space is available to the public as of September 7, 2013. For more on this story, please contact InfoRelays communication department at 703 485 4600.

DataServ Expands SaaS Accounts Payable Solution for Emerson in Latin America

St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) May 22, 2014

DataServ, the global Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, has expanded its work with global technology and engineering leader Emerson.

DataServ will implement its unique accounts payable (AP) solution to Emerson in eight Latin America countries, with two more to be added shortly thereafter. DataServ recently sent two members of its solutions staff to Emersons Costa Rica location to conduct a requirements meeting, and the in-person presence led to tremendous success in devising a solution that includes DataServs own AutoVouch capability, which automates the manual matching or vouching work in a companys AP department. DataServs AP solution will soon be found at Emerson in Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic, with Ecuador and Brazil ready to join soon.

Vital to our Emerson spirit, we have in our processes and mind Consider it Solved, says Mauricio A. Sauma, Regional Finance Manager at Emerson Network Power Systems. It is a phrase ingrained in our culture and throughout our company that drove us to evaluating our processes for continuous improvement; through this analysis we noticed that we could go further in the automation of our invoice vouching process. It was natural for us to build on our global relationship with DataServ to implement a comprehensive solution that would result in greater efficiency, cost effectiveness and enabling optimal analytic work rather than tedious time consuming data entry.

DataServ Managing Partner Jeff Haller says, We are excited to continue our work with Emerson in bringing stronger financial controls and greater visibility to its global business units. The Latin American region is expanding and taking technological leaps forward and this is the perfect environment for DataServs SaaS document and process automation.

Intelishift Expands Its Enterprise-Grade Colocation Services in Austin

Ashburn, VA (PRWEB) May 14, 2014

Intelishift Technologies, a privately held colocation company, headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia today announced that it has expanded its operations into Austin. Intelishift has partnered with Cyrus One to offer data center solutions in the Texas market.

Intelishift chose to expand into Austin because of its technology industrys economic growth. Austin takes the top spots on FORBES annual list of Americas Fastest-Growing Cities, (4th year in a row), and the Milken Institutes Best-Performing Cities Index.

Intelishifts 2014 growth initiatives mirror Austins and come about after an unprecedented 70% increase in revenue growth for the company in 2013. Growing demand for cloud, the need for compliance and overall need for multi-tenant data center space have fueled this growth, and as a result, Intelishift has signed a lease agreement with premier network provider, Cyrus One, to offer their Tier III/IV datacenter services as part of the companys wholesale portfolio of services. This move adds additional redundancy to Intelishifts existing data center operations in Chicago, Ashburn, Virginia, Silicon Valley, Sacramento and Los Angeles.

We felt that the timing was right and the Austin market was demanding a solutions provider that can offer enterprise services at small-medium business size pricing, President Ryan Barbera stated.
